THIS WEEKEND WILL SEE THE FIRST REAL COLD SNAP OF THE WINTER,SO PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE AT HOME.
KEEP AT LEAST ONE ROOM AT 21Degrees
Eat warming soups and food and try to be active.
Keep important phone numbers to hand and dont be too proud or stubborn to ask for help if you need it.
Make sure you keep daily contact with at least 2 people.
